The long version
1. We build a real cart. Not an empty one. Items that match what the offer claims to cover, at a value above any stated minimum, from the same region the code is meant for.
2. We take it to the payment step. A code that applies in the cart but silently drops at payment is a dead code. That is the step most scraped listings never reach.
3. We record what actually happened. The discount amount, the exclusions we hit, whether it needed an account, whether it stacked. That becomes the terms line under each offer.
4. We re-check on a schedule. High-traffic offers daily, the rest every few days. Anything that fails twice comes down rather than getting a "may not work" caveat.
What gets rejected
